What documents do I need?
A driving licence held for at least 3 years and proof of identity (passport or Moroccan national ID card). Send them by WhatsApp before you arrive: on the day, all that's left is a signature.
How does the deposit work?
A pre-authorisation is placed on your bank card when you collect the keys and released when the car is returned. The amount depends on the model and is confirmed with your booking.
Can you deliver to the airport at any time?
Yes, in Casablanca, Rabat and Marrakech. Give us your flight number: we track your arrival and the valet waits for you in the arrivals hall, even if your flight is delayed.
Can I collect the car in Casablanca and return it in Marrakech?
Yes. Untick “Return to the same place” and tell us your return city when we call you back.
Do you offer a chauffeur?
Yes, on request, for an evening out, a wedding or a business meeting.
